Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, treats)
• Items marked as final sale
• Used grooming products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
